Customer Information and Open Invoice Screen

	Customer Information on the left side of the screen
	The customer’s name, membership ID, phone number, last visit, number of visits, accumulated sales totals, accumulated bonus mileage, balance due, memo and the customer’s photo are displayed in the customer information box.

	Writing up an invoice
	Touching the “New Invoice” will create an invoice for a searched customer or for a guest.

	Open Invoice Capabilities
	Invoices currently in progress will be shown under Open Invoice list. When you touch the invoice number, you are able to make additions or corrections and to process payments right on this screen.

	Check today’s appointments with just one touch

	Check remaining balances on gift cards

	See the names of the last 20 customers serviced

	View and modify customer history
	With just a touch of the screen, you can glance at your customer’s histories and check past and current invoices. In addition, you can edit or void invoice, restore the voided invoice, void payment, and reprint invoice. These invoices are color-coded based on the status of the invoices.
